A managed SaaS that hands a business an AI-generated, hand-finished website. Self-service onboarding, an inline editor, and an AI revision agent let owners shape the site themselves; an operator admin keeps quality high behind the scenes. Built on Next.js, Hono, Supabase and Astro, with the Anthropic SDK driving generation and revisions, on Cloudflare Workers.

RESULT

Live in production, onboarding the first cohort of clients now. Built and run as founder: an equity stake, not a fee.

Do you take equity instead of a fee?

Sometimes. For the right founder and product I'll consider an equity stake instead of, or alongside, a fee. Clad is founder-built on exactly that basis.

How fast can I launch?

Most MVPs ship in three to six weeks on a fixed date. I cut scope hard to get a real product in front of users sooner.

Are you actually a founder?
